	Piston Rings Piston rings are made from high quality grey iron castings (Individual Casting) with an ideal chemical composition for prolonged working life. Fine grain castings provide high tension even at elevated temperature of high speed engines.

Hard chromium is Electro- deposited on the periphery of piston rings to achieve high abrasive wear. Duaflex oil control rings are chromium plated on their fully radiused edges to provide wear resistant wiping surface free of sharp corners or cutting edges which may cause bore wear. Each iron ring is Parco lubrized and it produces a lightly etched surface to provide oil retaining phosphate coating. This type of surface minimises scuffing, assists running -in and affords some protection during stotage. Each piston ring is properly inspected by modern techniques to ensure material and dimensional accuracy for the best results of high compression and less oil usage.

	Pistons The pistons are made under strict supervision of experts, with ideal chemical composition for a longer shelf life. These are made from high quality grey iron castings (individual casting). A detailed production method including Pressure test, Tensile and Fatigue tests, Thermal shock and expansion, Material analysis and profile test is carried out to manufacture high quality pistons. High tensions to high speed engines are provided even at elevated temperature with the help of fine grain castings. We have a huge capacity of supplying 25000 pistons and Ring sets per month.

A very good quality pressure die cast Aluminum Pistons, Cast and forged rings.
It is manufactured under stringent supervision.
The production of Centrifugally cast Ni resistant Rings is done in-house.
For Pistons, S G Iron and stainless steel Rings we follow Material Standard LM 13.
The quality check of pistons and Rings are carried out with material analysis, Pressure test, Tensile and Fatigue tests, Hardness, Thermal shock and expansion and profile tests.
Manufactured with 20 Mn Cr5 material, the Piston Pins undergoes hardening process in order to achieve the case hardness of 52-58 Hrc.
A very wide range are available along with development capacity of any Pistons and Rings upon samples.
