Valve tappets are manufactured on special purpose machines Imported from Schufflers GMBH (GERMANY) which gives us the best result in terms of reliability and Dimensional Tolerance. We are giving the crowning on the wear face of the Tappet for 10 microns which is just a dream for our competitors who follow the crowning of 50 microns.

To manufacture engine valve tappets, chilled cast material of controlled quality is used.
There is also an option of using alloy steel such as SAE 8620 and even heat treatment.
Profile tests, material tests and hardness tests are carried out.
Complete strict inspection is carried out of dimensional parameters.
